Getting Started
Set up your workspace and choose the right structure for your business.
When you first sign in, a short setup wizard helps you choose the shape of your workspace: Just me for a solo operation or very small team, Small team for a business you manage and staff yourself, or Organisation for a larger business where ownership shouldn't be tied to a single person's account.
If someone has already invited you — to join their team, to link your business as a customer, or to collaborate on a shared list — you can paste that invite link or token during setup instead of starting a fresh workspace.
Everything in OrderPal is scoped to your active workspace (called an "organisation"). If you belong to more than one — your own business plus a customer account with someone else's, for example — you can switch between them from the account menu in the top-right corner at any time.
What you can do

- Start on Free, or try any paid plan free for 30 days — no card needed
- Join an existing workspace or accept a pending invite during setup
- Switch between multiple workspaces from one login
- Upgrade a lightweight "guest" account into a full workspace later, without losing history
