Forms & Orders
Build order forms, control who can see them, and manage everything customers submit.
A Form is how customers place orders with you — it can be a step-by-step wizard (Form), a single scrollable page of collapsible sections (List), or a shared wishlist where each person has their own column (Collaborative).
Forms are built from tabs: item-selection tabs where people pick products and quantities, or custom field tabs for things like delivery address, preferred date, or special instructions.
You control exactly who can see a form — members of your own workspace, specific linked organisations, or the general public via a no-login guest link. Orders can flow straight through, or be held for admin approval before they're actioned.
